This site collects as little as it can. There is no advertising network, no analytics profile and no tracking cookie on axbold.com.

Who we are
This site is operated by Axbold, Inc., a Howard Vital, Inc. company. Our website address is https://axbold.com. For any question about this notice or about data we hold, write to connect@axbold.com.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form
We collect the first name, last name, email address, and — if you choose to provide them — phone number and company name, together with the topic you select and the message you write. We use this only to answer you and to keep a record of the correspondence.
Along with the submission our servers receive your IP address, your browser's user-agent string and the country Cloudflare associates with your connection. These are recorded on the notification email so that we can investigate abuse of the form. They are not used to build a profile of you and are not shared for any other purpose.
Please submit to our contact form only what you wish to make available to us — our administrators can view and respond to any correspondence submitted to us.
When you simply read the site
Nothing is stored on your device. This site sets no cookies of its own, has no login, and runs no advertising, remarketing or analytics script. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived, aggregated request logs for security and capacity reasons in the ordinary course of operating the network.
Cookies
Axbold sets no cookies. The only cookie you may encounter is one placed by Cloudflare Turnstile, the anti-spam challenge on our contact form, and only in the course of verifying that a submission came from a person rather than a script.
Who processes data on our behalf
- Cloudflare — hosts the site, serves it over its network, and provides the Turnstile challenge that protects the contact form from automated abuse. Turnstile is designed to work without profiling visitors across sites.
- Resend — delivers the notification email to us and the acknowledgement email to you. Your submission passes through Resend in order to be sent.
- Microsoft 365 — hosts the Axbold mailboxes that receive and store the correspondence.
Each of these is a processor acting on our instructions. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else except where we are legally required to.
Embedded content from other websites
Pages on this site may link out to other organisations, such as our parent company or a partner. Following such a link takes you to a site with its own privacy practices; those sites may collect data about you, set their own cookies and monitor your interaction with their content. This notice covers only axbold.com.
How long we keep it
Contact-form correspondence is retained in our mailboxes for as long as the enquiry is commercially relevant, and then deleted in the ordinary course of mailbox housekeeping. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to connect@axbold.com from the address you contacted us with, or tell us enough to identify the correspondence, and we will act on it. If you would rather not use the form at all, email us directly — the form is a convenience, not a requirement.
Changes to this notice
If we change how the site handles personal information we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
