Every program is built around the Axbold Guardian, an in-situ nanobubble oxidation platform that infuses 171.9 LPM (45.4 GPM) of gas at 90% mass transfer into the fluid, and operates on 2.7 kWh.
Three program shapes cover most situations. Proactive is a persistent service that works to keep water within an agreed target range, Emergent is a project-shaped intervention on water that has already fallen outside that range, and Embedded puts the physical assets on the client's balance sheet with Axbold running the maintenance program. Start With The Water
The first conversation covers the water body, the failure mode and the constraint: what goes wrong, when it goes wrong, what the operating team already does about it, and what outcome would count as success. Nothing is sized before those answers are clear.

Characterize And Test
Axbold characterizes the water through the testing and data services built into every program, covering dissolved oxygen behavior, contaminant load, temperature, flow and the physical shape of the site. That characterization sets the gas: natural air nanobubbles to activate aerobic growth, oxygen nanobubbles to improve oxygen transfer efficiency by 80,000 times, or ozone nanobubbles to shred toxins at the functional group level.

Size The Program
Platform count is sized against the published throughput of the Guardian, 171.9 LPM (45.4 GPM) of gas at 90% mass transfer, and against the volume, turnover and layout of the water body. The output is a unit count, a gas configuration and a program shape: Proactive, Emergent or Embedded. Axbold does not publish pricing; water security programs are quoted against site conditions, which means water volume and turnover, gas selection, unit count and program shape.

Deploy In Situ
Platforms go directly onto the affected water rather than into a purpose-built treatment building. Each unit stands roughly 37 inches high by 12 inches wide by 8 inches long, weighs about 82 pounds, floats in a submersible enclosure and is built in IP68-rated Grade 316 stainless steel, so deployment needs less permitting, equipment and space than a fixed installation.

Run, Check, Report
Each unit operates on 2.7 kWh, and gas delivery runs at 3,437 gas liters per kWh (908 gas gallons per kWh). Solar panels can power the platform where grid access is awkward. Servicing is a quarterly checkup of no more than one hour per unit, and testing continues through the program so the data reports back against the target set at the start.

Common questions
How do I choose between Proactive, Emergent and Embedded?
Choose by the state of the water and the shape of the commitment. Proactive is a persistent service for water that is currently within tolerance and needs to stay there. Emergent is a temporary service run as a project on an active threat, with a defined start and finish. Embedded is for organizations that need the physical assets on their own balance sheet, with Axbold running the maintenance program against them.
Can consulting, testing and data services be bought without a program?
Yes. Solution consulting, testing and data services are built into every Axbold water security program, and they can also be procured independently of one. That route suits sites that want the water characterized and the problem quantified before deciding whether a treatment program is warranted.
What does the equipment actually do to the water?
The Guardian infuses ultra fine bubbles of oxygen, ozone or another gas into seawater, freshwater or other liquid, reaching 220 million nanobubbles per mL at an average bubble size of 76 nm, independently measured by NanoSight nanoparticle tracking analysis. Nanobubbles at that scale are electrically charged, highly pressurized, and can stay in solution for months, so oxidative contact persists rather than dissipating at the point of injection. What that achieves depends on the gas selected: aerobic activation, oxygen transfer, or oxidation of specific compounds.
How much site labor does a running program require?
Very little. The Guardian has two moving parts and requires roughly 90% less servicing time than conventional nanobubble units. The operating model is deliberately built that way: proactive monitoring of durable systems means routine visits can be spent reviewing data with the people who run the water instead of firefighting.
